Shipping Information

Delivery time:
Norway 1-5 banking days (Monday-Friday)

For express shipment please use contact page.

For international customers we encourage you to contact us directly. We look to ship world wide within the next couple of weeks.

In case of pre-ordering an extended delivery time is expected. In such occasions the new expected delivery time is shown on the site of each product.
If we are out of stock you will be contacted within 2 days.

PAYMENT

The amount is being withdrawn when the package is ready to be shipped. Before that, the amount is only reserved.

When shopping at Sons of Christiania all payments will be secured and handled through Stripe which is a secured electronic payment solution for Visa, Mastercard, Eurobonus, American Express etc.

RETURNS

You are welcome to return every purchase within 14 days, no matter the reason, and the cost of the purchase will be fully refunded.

Please send us an email (info@sonsofchristiania.com) with name, order number and a short description of why it will be returned (this will help us to improve our customer service upfront).

The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition. Return the product, preferably in the same package as received, sufficiently sealed and including the return packing slip.

The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be returned unless a new product is chosen/or unless the return is due to an accepted complaint. In that case, the shipping receipt must be attached.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

As soon as we have received your returned package we will transfer the amount of purchase to the same account as used during purchase.
